LISTING RULES

1. Content Ownership

All content you publish on your creator portfolio must be your own original work, or work you have explicit rights and permission to showcase.

  • You must be the creator or co-creator of the work displayed
  • If showcasing collaborative work, you must have permission from all contributors
  • Do not upload or claim ownership of assets, designs, or media created by others
  • If commissioned work was created on the AMOX platform and the client did not specifically request that it not be shared, it may be displayed

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension.

  • NSFW, sexually explicit, or pornographic material
  • Racist, discriminatory, or hateful content targeting any group or individual
  • Content promoting violence, harassment, bullying, or threats
  • Graphic or excessively gory imagery
  • Content that promotes illegal activities, drug use, or self-harm
  • Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Political propaganda or extremist material

3. Accuracy & Honesty

All information in your listings must be truthful and accurately represent the work being showcased.

  • Post titles and descriptions must accurately reflect the content
  • Do not use misleading thumbnails or preview images
  • Prices, if displayed, must reflect actual values
  • Do not fabricate experience, credentials, or project history
  • Categories and platform tags must be relevant to the content

4. Quality Standards

We expect a reasonable standard of quality for all published content on the platform.

  • Images should be clear, properly cropped, and of reasonable resolution
  • Videos should be watchable and not excessively compressed
  • Descriptions should be written in a professional and coherent manner
  • Avoid posting duplicates or near-identical variations of the same work

5. Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property rights of others at all times.

  • Do not use copyrighted logos, brand assets, or trademarks without permission
  • Fan art and derivative works must comply with the original creator's guidelines
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute others' proprietary work
  • If using third-party assets (fonts, textures, models), ensure proper licensing

6. Enforcement

AMOX Studios reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in:

  • Removal of individual posts or media
  • Temporary suspension of your creator profile
  • Permanent ban from the AMOX Creators platform
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if content is illegal

If you believe your content was removed in error, please contact us on Discord through the support system.
