Drug manafacturing plugins [Inspired by Ocelot & using 57 Studios assets]

This plugin puts a different spin on the making of drugs compared to the usual "grow, dry, repeat" cycle. It allowed you to configure all the barricades, production time, ingredients, risk etc. It uses 57 Studios assets, not my own.
